1. Are these controllers 100% genuine? Why are they cheaper than the official store?
All products are sourced directly from authorized distributors in bulk, allowing us to pass savings to you (typically $3−5 off MSRP). We do not sell refurbished or counterfeit items.
2. What if my controller has issues? Do you honor the manufacturer’s warranty?
While manufacturers require you to contact them directly, we offer a faster solution: Our ‘No-Questions-Asked Warranty’ covers defects within 1 year. If your problem finally cannot be solved, simply email us a video of the issue, and we’ll ship a replacement within 3 business days.
3. What’s your return policy?
14-day returns for any reason — even if you just changed your mind. We’ll email you a prepaid return label, and refunds process in 3 business day after we receive the item.
Please note: Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility for returns and refunds not due to product defects.
4. Do you provide technical support for connectivity/button mapping?
